Christina Carty trained at Mountview Theatre School as an actress/singer.  She worked professionally for several years and then changed direction to become a talent agent for the prestigious agency Creative Artists Management.   After nine happy years she left to become a mum.  A couple of years later she was then given the opportunity to re-visit her creative/musical skills by teaching music in a primary school.  She took to it like a duck to water and was soon teaching in two schools, and for the performing arts company "Perform".

Starting an adult choir had always been a goal, but it was only after researching other choirs that Christina realised she couldn't fit in to someone else's "mould", and wanted to do something a bit different to the big-name, mainstream choirs around.

The idea for  SING IT BACK! was finally born.
